Email opt-out
Last updated: May 15, 2026
You can withdraw your consent to receive InkChase emails at any time. This page explains how to unsubscribe, what stops, and what continues. It is consistent with our Privacy Policy and the email opt-in page.
How to unsubscribe
- Use the unsubscribe link. Every non-essential InkChase email includes an unsubscribe link in its footer. Clicking it stops that category of email.
- Turn off email alerts in your dashboard. If you set up email as a notification channel, you can disable it (or any individual alert tier) in your InkChase notification settings.
- Email us. Send a message to [email protected] from the address you want unsubscribed and we will remove it. For general help, [email protected] works too.
What stops
When you opt out, InkChase stops sending you waitlist updates by email. The reminder engine continues to operate — reminders go to your signers via DocuSign, not to you, and are unaffected by this opt-out.
What continues
Essential account and service notices continue — for example, billing messages or a notice that we are materially changing the service or these terms. These are not marketing and are required to operate your account. There is no marketing email to opt out of, because InkChase does not send marketing email.
Deleting your data
Unsubscribing stops account emails; it does not delete your InkChase account or stop the reminder engine. If you want your data removed, cancel your account — your envelope metadata is deleted within 30 days. Full detail is in Retention and Deletion in the Privacy Policy.
