Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the InkChase product at inkchase.app. The AVSaaS company-wide Terms of Service also apply and govern any areas not specifically addressed here. By creating an InkChase account or connecting a DocuSign account, you agree to both documents.
1. The Service
InkChase connects to your DocuSign account, syncs envelope and signer status every 4 hours, and sends reminders to pending signers on a rules-based cadence. The service includes a signer-bottleneck dashboard, bulk-nudge functionality, and optional CC escalation. InkChase does not guarantee that reminders will result in signatures — it provides automation and visibility to reduce manual follow-up.
2. DocuSign Connection
You authorize InkChase to connect to your DocuSign account via OAuth. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and to send reminders for the envelopes in your account. You may revoke InkChase's access at any time through DocuSign's connected apps settings or through your InkChase dashboard.
3. Reminder Delivery
InkChase uses commercially reasonable efforts to deliver reminders according to your configured rules within 4 hours of the scheduled send window. We are not liable for failed or delayed reminder delivery resulting from: DocuSign API outages, network issues, envelope-level restrictions that prevent reminders, quiet-hour configurations you have set, or events outside our control. You should not rely solely on InkChase reminders as your only method of following up with signers.
4. Reminder Rules and Ceiling
The per-envelope reminder ceiling (maximum reminders per envelope) is enforced by InkChase and cannot be exceeded. You are responsible for configuring a cadence and ceiling appropriate for your signers and DocuSign account standing. AVSaaS is not liable for signer complaints or DocuSign account issues resulting from reminder configurations you have set.
5. DocuSign API
InkChase relies on DocuSign's eSignature REST API. If DocuSign changes or restricts API access, InkChase may be unable to sync envelopes or send reminders. AVSaaS will use commercially reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes, but is not liable for service disruptions caused by DocuSign API changes outside our control.
6. Subscription and Cancellation
InkChase is billed monthly at a flat rate. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No reminders will be sent after cancellation. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
AVSaaS is not liable for losses resulting from missed reminders, DocuSign API changes, signer non-response, or deals that fail to close despite using InkChase. Our total liability for any InkChase-related claim is limited to the fees you paid for InkChase in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to the Service
We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any feature of InkChase. For changes that materially reduce functionality, we will provide 60 days' notice. For discontinuation of the entire service, we will provide 90 days' notice and ensure you can export all your data before shutdown.
